BayWa Headquarters Renovation

It was the client’s wish to realize a building that would stand gracefully in between the visually oversaturated facades of Munich’s famous Sendlingerstrasse. The ground floor as well as first floor are reserved for retail, while the upper floors are to be rented out as office spaces. Simple at first glance, this building reveals its complexity as one looks closer.
