February 2022 ACRONYM and Nike were releasing a new collection, and part of it was a Blazer Low silhouette. The idea behind the shoe was an interchangeable 3D printed heel clip.

10 designers were hand-picked to design their a heel clip, including myself. My design is inspired by different types of straps, ratchets, and connectors, while I also chose to emphasize the mount points of the heel clip on the shoe.

The Nike logo is integrated as well, but I merged a lightning bolt design into it, inspired by the exhaust pipes of Japanese bozusoku cars, something ACRONYM cited as an inspiration behind the new collection.
