Horticult Flower Shop
Private Client, Retail, 2021, Antwerp, Belgium
004
Retail concept, visual identity, and spatial design for a flower shop in Antwerp. A suspended steel framework defines the space, functioning as both spatial dividers (1) and storage displays (2). Steel inlays (3) integrated into the terrazzo floor establish clear zoning throughout the shop. Glass planes (4) introduce a refined layer and serve as surfaces for branding (8). Product presentation is articulated through terrazzo countertops (5) and brushed-aluminum planters (6). Two sizes of movable side tables (7) add display flexibility and balance the fixed shelving system. Access to storage is provided via a sculptural, center-pivoting door (9).
